I lead strategy and transformation at scale. Most recently at ISCA: revamped strategy frameworks, spearheaded Power BI adoption, and established 12 overseas chapters in 10 markets. Earlier, shaped Singapore’s Industry Transformation Programme at EDB by synthesising 500+ perspectives into national policy themes. I bring clarity to complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Building Tools & Systems
I turn ideas into working systems. Co-founded Kiyolo, a profitable e-commerce business. Led financial modelling for Tourego’s multi-million Pre-Series A round. Now I build AI-powered tools that turn strategic frameworks into working software - making strategic thinking systematic and repeatable.
International & Cross-Sector
I work across borders and disciplines. Established 12 overseas chapters across 10 markets; signed 11 MOUs; built cross-border collaboration from scratch.
